Unless stated that you wish to collect your goods, we deliver them in accordance to your order.

Important News: Your first order will automatically be shipped to the address your card is registered too. This helps us prevent fraudulent transactions. Once your first order has been completed successfully future deliveries can be sent to your preferred address. We ask you to provide us with your email address so all your delivery tracking information can be forwarded to you.

Orders being delivered to none standard UK postcodes can now be now be seen clearly online, once full & correct information has been input in the shopping basket/checkout page your delivery price will show.

On all deliveries a valid signature will be required. In order to arrange a specific date for delivery please contact us via email or telephone 0800 0096987 and quote your order number. In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods within 21 days from the date you placed your order please notify us immediately.

British Forces Post Office

We have signed under contract to Parcel Force to help support our British Forces. We can send you your orders via the BFPO as long as they are within your size and weight limits. Cancellation And Returns

If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale.

You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service.

We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it's original, undamaged packaging. We will refund any amount due to you within 14 days from the day we received the item(s) back.

Incorrectly Supplied Items… We will always try to ensure that the correct item(s) is delivered to you, however we are only human and occasionally a mistake can happen. Should we supply any incorrect item(s), please notify us within 48 hours of receipt on 0141 776 7788 or through email We can then arrange to pick up the item(s) at the same time as giving you a correct replacement.

Faulty or Damaged Items…. We stock only the very best of items personally sourced by ourselves, occasionally an item may be received that has a fault or has been damaged in transit. If upon receipt there seems to be a fault or has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt on 0141 776 7788 or via email on We can then arrange for the item(s) to be picked up for inspection. After inspection and once we are satisfied that there is a fault, we will either replace the item(s) or arrange for a full refund of the item(s) and any carriage costs incurred.

All of our machines/tools come with a Manufacturer's Warranty of 1 year.
